We employ safe and professional drivers. Each and every driver possesses a can-do and customer-friendly attitude. Our drivers start each day, inspecting our fleet, documenting the equipment is in safe operating condition. If you happen to be on-site when our driver arrives, you can be assured that they will greet you warmly and ask if you have any special delivery requirements.
We take pictures and record our delivery performance, using smartphones. Each picture is later reviewed and evaluated by our company’s leadership to ensure we are living up to our service level agreement and delivery expectations. Prior to leaving your jobsite, our drivers will ask if you have anything that needs to be communicated back to our location and if you have any material that needs to be returned. Finally, if something has gone wrong on your delivery, our drivers will leave an OOPS sticker that explains what happened and what we have done to correct the situation. Service Level Agreement: Our Commitment to You
- First AM: On site with driver’s pictures and delivery completed by 9:00 a.m.
- AM: On site with driver’s pictures completed by 12:00 p.m.
- PM: On site with driver’s pictures completed after 12:00 p.m.
- Any: On site with driver’s pictures completed that business day
- Standard loads: Called in by 12:00 p.m. – delivered by the end of the next business day
- Hot Shot: Called in by 10:00 a.m. – delivered by the end of the business day
- Material Returns: Called in and picked up within 48 hours and credited back to your account within 72 hours

How We Deliver Efficiently
We use a program, Journey Planner, within our ERP system to schedule and maximize our delivery fleet, drivers’ hours, and delivery routes. Our logistics managers coordinate these delivery assets to maximize efficiencies and best use our resources to better serve our customers. With fewer deliveries and full trucks, we decrease jobsite interruptions and paperwork. No order is too small, and we’re here to serve you; we simply do it efficiently. Remember, per our SLA to you, small orders called in by 10 a.m. will be delivered by close of business that same day.
